These terms apply to all orders placed through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Placing an order

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
  • After you place an order, you’ll receive an email acknowledging it. This is not an acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted once we confirm dispatch.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there’s an error in the price or product description, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you’ve already paid for, we’ll refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate. If we discover a pricing error, we’ll contact you before dispatching and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
  • Payment is taken at the time of order.

4. Shipping and delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
  • Please check your shipping address carefully. We can’t be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by you.
  • Any import duties, customs fees or local taxes not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you once they’re delivered.

5. Returns and refunds

You can return items within 14 days of receiving them, in their original packaging, without giving a reason. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Full details are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. To start a return, email mytwosie@gmail.com.

6. Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return cost.

7. Product information

  • We do our best to display products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen.
  • Products must be used as intended and in line with any instructions or warnings provided.

8. Limitation of liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or store.
  • We’re not responsible for damage caused by misuse of a product.
  • Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
  • Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.

9. Intellectual property

All content on our store, including images, text, logos and designs, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

10. Privacy

We only use your personal information to process your order and provide our service, in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in place when you placed it.
